Krishna Sapkota
Senior Scientist Beam Therapeutics
For last five years, Krishna is working as a senior scientist, mRNA process development, at Beam therapeutics. Krishna’s work involves design, screen, characterize, and validate mRNA processes to support programs in preclinical, clinical and commercial stages. Prior to Beam, Krishna did their postdoctoral work at NIH, working on RNA structural Biology. Krishna completed their PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi, studying alternative RNA capping mechanism in Bacteria.
Seminars
- Phase appropriate process development for mRNA manufacturing
- Aligning with regulatory expectations for commercial mRNA processes for ex vivo and in vivo cell and gene therapy (CGT) applications
- Characterization and validation of processes for commercial mRNA production
