Bio:

Ian Johnston is currently a Field Application Scientist at Cytiva, supporting clients as they develop and scale up their nanoparticle-based formulations for clinical studies and, ultimately, commercialization. Ian was previously a Senior Research Associate on the Product Development Team at Precision NanoSystems. His research concerned the testing and validation of NxGen™ mixing technology for the synthesis of lipid nanoparticle (LNP)-drug technologies. Ian completed his MASc of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry at the University of Toronto prior to working at Precision NanoSystems.
